Accountability 2024
On June 27, the University of Azuay held its 2024 Accountability Report, an event in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.
The event was attended by authorities, teachers, administrative staff and students from our university community.
The welcoming remarks were delivered by Francisco Salgado, Rector of the University of Azuay, who thanked those attending the event, emphasizing that it was an opportunity to share the achievements they had made together with the community. He expressed his gratitude to everyone at the University, especially the vice-rectors, whom he recognized for their support and the work they have done throughout this journey.
He also emphasized the importance of being at the forefront of the world, which entails positioning oneself globally and leading the university community forward so it can flourish. During his speech, he outlined the achievements made throughout the year.
